Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchange at all.
Regular jewelry can be replaced up to 30 days after receiving jewelry.
Refund will be given to customers who send us to the jewelry approximately 3 business days from receipt of the jewelry, the credit will be made after we will received it in the original box and unused.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or PayPal account.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of our webstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
